Similarly, whenever there is a mention of the terms “you,” “user,” “customer,” “consumer,” “your,” “yours,” or “yours” we are referring to you, our customer and user of the Site and our Virtual Store.
2. Access to Our Virtual Store

By registering or accessing our Virtual Store, as well as making any purchases in our Virtual Store, you fully accept this Sales Policy, as well as all of our other Policies available on our Platform, in effect at the date of your registration, access, or purchase of our Products.
3. Orders and Products
3.1 All purchase orders for Products made in our Virtual Store are subject to the conditions provided in our Policies, to their availability in our stock, and, for your safety, to our review and approval of your registration data, as well as our confirmation and acceptance of your registration data and your purchase order for our Products. After finalizing each purchase order, you will receive a message via email and/or other means that may be made available, with our confirmation or denial of your registration and purchase, as applicable, as well as with other information about the Products purchased by you, their prices, and delivery conditions, among other details. The purchase of the Products will only be considered approved by us at the moment the invoice is issued and completed and confirmed after your payment, according to the payment method chosen by you when placing your purchase order.
4. Prices
4.1 Abade Jewelry LLC’s prices are standardized and expressed in US dollars, being valid for purchases within the US territory. However, the Products may, from time to time, have price variations that may apply to all sales channels or only to a specific store or sales channel (whether physical or online), and in the latter case, this specific price will only be valid for that particular store or sales channel and will not extend to other stores or sales channels. Sales prices already include applicable taxes and fees under applicable law.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 You are responsible for all shipping costs and expenses associated with the delivery of the Products you purchase in our Virtual Store, as specified when the invoice is issued.

8. Contract Formalization
8.1 With the issuance of the invoice, this Sales Policy and our other Policies available on our Platform constitute the final and definitive terms and conditions governing the purchase and sale agreement between us and you for the purchase and sale of the Products. You will receive the invoice in your registered email at www.abadejewelry.com (“Electronic Invoice”). Always keep the invoice received in your email.
