1.Application

1.1 This Payment Policy (“Payment Policy”) governs the payment for items and products from Abade Jewelry LLC (“Products”) and applies exclusively to purchases of our Products made on the Abade Jewelry LLC website – www.abadejewelry.com, through our Online Store (“Online Store” and, together with the Website, “Platform”).


1.2 This Payment Policy, along with the Sales Policy, General Terms and Conditions of Use, Delivery Policy, Exchange and Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, also available on our Platform (separately or collectively, “Policies”), describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of our Platform for the purchase, payment, delivery, exchange, and return of our Products. All Policies should be read and interpreted together as a single document and may be revised and updated from time to time by Abade Jewelry LLC.


1.3 You must carefully read and ensure that you understand all the conditions of our Policies before accessing and using our Website and purchasing our Products from our Online Store. By accessing and using our Website and purchasing our Products from our Online Store, you hereby indicate your full, express, and automatic agreement to follow and accept all our Policies.


1.4 If you do not agree with this Payment Policy or any of our other Policies available on our Platform, please do not register, access, use, or sign up on our Website or make any purchases on our Platform.


1.5 Whenever there is a mention of the terms “Platform,” “Online Store,” “Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this Payment Policy or any other of our Policies provided on the Website, we are referring to Abade Jewelry LLC. Likewise, whenever there is a mention of the terms “you,” “user,” “client,” “consumer,” “your,” or “yours,” we are referring to you, our customer and user of the Website and our Online Store.

2. General Payment Conditions

2.1 Purchases made in our Online Store, once approved and accepted by us, with the issuance of the invoice, as provided in the Sales Policy, may be paid by credit card and Zelle.


2.2 Once the purchase process is completed, you will receive an email with our confirmation that your order has been accepted, along with the respective invoice. Once payment is made, our analysis department has up to 48 hours to receive and confirm payment approval.


2.3 The delivery time of your purchase will start counting only after the invoice is issued and payment approval is confirmed by the credit card administrator in the case of payment by credit card, after the bank slip is cleared in the case of payment by bank slip, or after bank transfer confirmation in the case of payment by PIX. Shortly after, a confirmation email will be sent by our team.


2.4 For your safety, if there is any discrepancy between registration and payment information, we reserve the right not to approve the order or to contact you for data confirmation.

3. Credit Card

3.1 Payments will be accepted using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Hipercard, and Elo credit cards. Purchases can be paid in up to 10 (ten) installments without interest, with a minimum installment of $200.00.

4. Bank Slip

4.1 Payments will always be in full for purchases where payment by bank slip is selected. Therefore, the payment for orders where bank slip payment is chosen will be made in a single installment, for the total amount of your purchase, and must be completed by the due date stated on the slip.


4.2 To expedite the process, remember to print the bank slip as soon as you finalize your purchase in our Online Store. If you prefer, you can access the link to view and print your slip via the email you will receive after we confirm your order. Please note that the printed slip will not be sent to your address. If your payment is not confirmed by the slip’s due date, your order will be automatically canceled. A cancellation email will be sent by our team.

5. PIX

5.1 Payments will always be in full for purchases where PIX payment is selected. Therefore, payment for orders where this payment method is chosen will always be made in a single installment, for the total order amount, and must be made by PIX immediately after the purchase is finalized.


5.2 Upon completing the order, you will have 15 (fifteen) minutes to complete the PIX transaction by scanning the QR Code that will appear on the screen or by copying the code and completing the process in your internet banking. If you do not complete the payment within this time frame, the code will expire, and you will need to go through the purchase process again.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 We will not be responsible for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as force majeure events, fortuitous cases, or events beyond our control). The concept of Force Majeure includes any act, event, failure to exercise, omission, or accident that is beyond our reasonable control.

10. Jurisdiction

10.1 The forum of New York City is hereby elected, rejecting any other, however privileged it may be, for any and all issues arising from this contract, with the losing party bearing all court costs and attorney’s fees.
